Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means that after purchasing an item you have 14 days to request a return.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition that you received it, unused, with price tags/labelsattached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@luxuryhumidors.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Cigars s.r.o., Sadová 535, 67182 Dobšice, Czech Republic.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products, made-to-order items, or personalized goods. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards/vouchers.

Exchanges
If you want to get the item you want as quickly as possible, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
