Shipping and payment

We only accept orders from EU countries.

Shipping

Free in the Czech Republic and to all other EU countries for 40 EUR.

We pack every order with utmost care — ensuring your humidor arrives in perfect condition. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link, allowing you to easily track your shipment until delivery.

Remote areas and islands

In exceptional cases (e.g., remote areas or islands), the carrier may have different shipping prices or specific rules such as longer transit times, etc. If your address falls into such an exception, we will inform you before dispatch.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 30 days from payment of the order.

Payment

Card payment

You can pay securely online using a payment card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay (and others depending on the payment gateway settings).

You can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on your device type, or Shop Pay.

Another option we offer is payment by bank transfer.
